This article outlines what is required in order to sign in to the FitMachine Mobile App.

The FitMachine mobile app requires three parameters to sign in:
- Email address
- Organisation ID
Email Address and Password
Please use the same email address and password you use to access the MachineCloud Dashboard. These credentials would have been issued to you when you purchased your FitMachine. If you haven't been sent an email inviting you to set a password, please get in touch with your supervisor or MOVUS Support here

Your Organisation ID is your company name. Contact your supervisor for the correct organisation tag.
